Projects
Here are some of our current and upcoming projects, programs, and events.
Book Donations
The Maximilian Literacy Foundation is spreading the joy of words by providing donated reading materials to individuals in need. We believe that access to books is a gateway to knowledge, imagination, and personal growth. Through generous donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations, we collect a wide variety of books spanning different genres, subjects, and reading levels. By distributing these materials to individuals, shelters, and community centers, we aim to make reading accessible to all, opening doors to new worlds and opportunities.

Little Free Libraries
Our Little Free Libraries program is all about spreading the love of reading and building a stronger sense of community. We believe that access to books should be convenient, free, and readily available to everyone. Through this program, we work with volunteers, local businesses, and community members to create charming little libraries in neighborhoods throughout our city. The concept is simple: take a book, leave a book. It not only promotes literacy but also encourages neighbors to connect, share stories, and foster a love for reading.
